// 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReframeIt Discord Bot or any associated websites (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Your access to the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

// 2. Description of Service

ReframeIt is a creative tool that uses generative artificial intelligence models (including but not limited to Google's Gemini and Imagen) to transform user-submitted text prompts ("Your Emotional Chaos") into visual comic artifacts ("Mess-Art"). The Service is provided for entertainment, personal, and creative purposes. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services.

// 3. User Conduct & Your Chaos

You are responsible for the text prompts you submit. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains personally identifiable information about yourself or others without their consent.
  • Attempts to exploit, harm, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Service.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to process any prompt that violates these terms or the terms of our underlying AI service providers.

// 4. Intellectual Property & The Vibe Engine's Rights

You retain whatever rights you hold in the text prompts you submit to the Service. By submitting a prompt, you grant ReframeIt a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the prompt solely for the purpose of generating the Mess-Art and operating the Service.

The Mess-Art generated by the Service is a product of complex AI models. Your rights to use the generated images are governed by the policies of the underlying AI providers (e.g., Google's Generative AI policies). While you are generally free to use the comics for personal, non-commercial purposes, we make no claims about your ownership or ability to copyright the output. You use the generated content at your own risk.

// 5. Privacy & Data Handling

Your trust is critical. Here’s how your data is handled:

  • Prompts Are Processed Externally: To generate your comic, your text prompt is sent to our AI service providers (e.g., Google). Your use of our service is also subject to their privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
  • Do Not Submit Sensitive Information: By default, prompts are not end-to-end encrypted and may be visible to the developers of ReframeIt for debugging and service improvement. Please treat your prompts as if they are public and do not include sensitive personal data you would not want seen.
  • Future "Private Mode": We are working on a future "Private Mode" with enhanced privacy features. However, even with these measures, no system is perfectly secure.

// 6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REFRAMEIT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

// 7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
